Single Stick Bicycle Safety Lights!!

N-Vison Bicycle Safety lights are used to reduce the number of ‘crossing-path’ collisions between cyclists and motorists, which are a significant cause of death and injury.

The new retail package is pre-assembled and easily attaches three sticks per wheel powered by a 9 volt battery. Four color styles are available; red, yellow, green and a combination package of red, yellow and green sticks. Extremely efficient low voltage LED lights are utilized, making battery life several weeks to months of continuous use.

The new Single Stick Safety Lights provide a new level of affordability and safety, for cyclists who travel at dawn, dusk and evening by retailing for $19.99. All FlexPro and N-Vison products are made and assembled in the USA.

FAQS

Retail package contains three sticks for one wheel powered by 9 volt battery. LED lights are waterproof and battery is encased in a water resistant battery case with on/off switch. Each of the three sticks is 7 inches long by 1/2 inch wide. Weight of retail package is 43 grams without battery and 90 grams with battery.

Installing FlexPro’s N-Vison Bicycle Night Lights

Before installing your FlexPro N-Vison Night Lights for Bikes, slide back the cover. From the Battery compartment, and install a 9-volt alkaline battery. With normal use the battery will last from several nights to weeks of use.	Slide the cover back to insert the battery
STEP 1 You can install the bicycle safety lights directly to the spokes with the wheels attached or removed. These directions show the wheel removed. Although 2-Color Sticks are shown, the same instructions apply to 2-Color Fins and Single Color Sticks. Before starting, it helps to see how the wheel is going to look at the end of the process. Take note of the distance between the sticks, which is rougly120 degrees. Keep this in mind as your follow the steps below. You will begin insertion of the sticks on the opposite side of the tire in the next step.	Sticks laid out ready for plastic ties
STEP 2 Hold the three sticks together and locate an opening in the spokes, which will be the first spoke crossing closest to the wheel hub. While still holding the sticks together, slowly thread them through this opening, and hold them in place. Be prepared to thread the sticks though the wheel spokes slowly and carefully. Do not attempt to rush this step, or force the sticks as they can be damaged	Positioning the sticks for insertion
STEP 3 Looking at the bottom layer of spokes that the sticks will be going through, divide the wheel into thirds (or 120 degrees). You will be threading each one of the three sticks into these openings. Please be cautious and move slowly during the threading process to avoid breakage. STEP 4 Gently thread each one of the sticks into one of the 120 degree openings in the spokes, and thread them all the way through the wheel so they are starting to emerge from the bottom side	Sticks being threaded thru the insertion points
STEP 5 Once the sticks have been completely threaded through the insertion points, gently turn the wheel over to complete the final installation stages.	Sticks after threading thru the wheel
STEP 6 Lay down the wheel with the sticks laid out on top. Arrange them to complete dividing the wheel into thirds.	Sticks laid out ready for plastic ties
STEP 7 Once you are satisfied that the safety sticks are dividing the wheel into thirds, use the provided plastic ties to attach the sticks to the spokes.	Sticks attached to spokes before trimming plastic ties
STEP 8 Attach the battery box to spokes as close to the wheel hub as possible while still allowing the switch to be easily accessed. You may choose to mount the switch to be accessible from front or back of the wheel. The arrangment shown here has the switch facing out.	Attaching the battery box

The Safety lights are powered by a water resistant 9 volt battery box with an On/Off switch. Several weeks of safer night cycling can be obtained from a single 9 volt battery; but for sustainability use a rechargeable 9 volt battery and cycle it periodically.

Installation is simple, and takes about 15 minutes per wheel. Install a 9 volt battery, slide the cover closed and you’re ready for safer night riding.

FlexPro’s N-Vison Safety Night Lights for Bikes come in two distinctive styles; N-Vison Sports Fins and N-Vison Bars. Sports Fins are 4.5 inches and yield high luminosity. The Light Bars are 8.5 inches long and 1/2 inch wide, and illuminate the entire wheel radius.
